CES Conference

CES returned ‘home’ to Las Vegas welcoming well over 40,000
attendees in person, including 1800 global media, across 11 indoor and outdoor venues. The show was truly a global event, with 30% of attendees traveling from outside the US – representing 119 countries.
Nuclear Security Summit
Joint Meeting for the Schull Institute, Bio-nuclear Working Group, and Emerging Technologies Working Group (Nuclear).
The 2021 Nuclear Security Summit at Georgetown University will revisit the historical nuclear events and current updates of those events from biological and technological and societal points of view. In the process of doing so, we will discuss tools developed over the years for both biological and technological identifications of nuclear materials and effects. This annual summit will provide a venue for examining the multi-dimensional and current elements of nuclear security issues to better prepare future nuclear policies.

ISS R&D Virtual Conference
The 10th annual International Space Station Research and Development Conference (ISSRDC) took place virtually August 3-5, 2021, and was hosted by the Center for the Advancement of Science in Space (CASIS), manager of the International Space Station (ISS) National Laboratory; NASA; and the American Astronautical Society.
The theme for our 2021 conference was “Challenge. Partnership. Transformation.” The past couple of years have been filled with challenges that have required us to come together and transform how we think and work. Through partnership, we can achieve the transformation needed to address the many challenges we face today—here on Earth, in driving a robust economy in low Earth orbit, and as we advance our exploration goals to the Moon and beyond.
